In this Mid-Autumn Festival, we would like to share with you our group building barbecue activities, so that you can better understand our corporate culture and team spirit.
Our event was held on the afternoon of September 23 in the company car park and was attended by all employees and some partners. The activity is divided into two parts: group building games and buffet barbecue.
Team building minigames are carefully designed by our Human Resources department to enhance communication and collaboration among employees, while also increasing fun and interactivity. We were divided into eight groups and played games such as cup relay running and tug-of-war. Each game had different rules and rewards. Everyone actively participated and tried to win honors for their group. Through these games, we not only exercise the body, but also enhance each other's understanding and trust, feel the strength and warmth of the team.
